Under Trans Capital General Contracting we take care of building related to civil contracting that includes execution right from conceptualizing, designing, planning and construction from the foundation to the completion stage. We complete all architectural and finishing works like laying of floors, joinery works, painting and tiling. In depth mechanical execution of various works like plumbing, electrical fitting and pipeline fixing is also managed by us. This also includes preparing the construction site with the castings, slabs, beams, staircase and all major building equipment.

Decor
At Decor we offer a range of plaster cornice/coving, ceiling roses and plaster panel moldings. Décor’s extensive stock design plaster molded cornices and covings are of definition and detail and are all made by hand in our workshop. The principal activities are the installation of gypsum tile, false ceiling, suspension & accessories. We work in all fields of commercial construction and refurbishment including residential, commercial and domestic properties. Our huge range of Plaster Cornice/coving and moldings and we also manufacture in G.R.G (glass fiber reinforced gypsum) G.R.P (glass fiber reinforced plastic) G.R.C (glass fiber reinforced cement) and Jesmonite for exterior use. We also carry out specialist Plasterwork and Stucco works including pre-cast moldings. We offer an in house Sculpture and design service to help turn your vision and ideas into reality.

Our Management is firmly committed to a policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely, and with all possible measures taken to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health, safety and welfare of employees, contractors, authorized visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations. Accordingly, we enforce very strict health and safety procedures throughout our operations, in the belief that all accidents can be avoided by implementing robust risk elimination protocols. Each operation assesses further controls that may be required to manage the specific risks at their operation to meet the objective of no fatalities. Routine engagement with employees and workers includes health and safety committees; pre-start meetings; on-site safety coaches, discussing job-specific safety risks; and safety toolbox talks; all of which visibly demonstrate our priority of working safely.
